Can no: 0639-2000 of 2023 edition, apparently. Nice pour, smooth and light. Body is as black as can be expected and had a tiny trace of mocha foam that didn't make the photo. Scent has lots of malt, roasted barley, chocolate. Some dried fruit, light espresso comes through with molasses and brown sugar. Not much in terms of the bourbon profile present. Mouthfeel is moderate to heavy, slick and oily with the weight and warmth of the 12% lingering for some time. Taste starts with a gentle nuttiness before the chocolate, fused with coffee rolls in. An amalgamation of brown sugar and surprisingly modest bourbon come up the rear and it's all very smooth with a lightly ashen aftertaste. Lots of the scent didn't make it to the taste but what did was held together very well.

Rich dark colour, very strong taste with a sweetish whiskey/bourbon aftertaste. It feels like 10.5% 😅
