Pouring this reddish brown beer realeases a nice fluffy white head, finger and a half high that dissolves fairly quickly but leaves a respectable layer that laces well. Rich malts and a very noticeable wheat make up a tantalizing aroma highlighted with hints of graininess and fruity esters. A smooth and creamy mouthfeel accentuates the sweet malty backbone. My tastebuds tell me there is a fair bit of banana ester, but it doesn't rides nicely in with the rest of the malts and fruits. Nice and wheaty. It seems to suggest a fairly large alcohol taste but it is extremely smooth.
