Happy Friday. The name is an obvious play on Spinal Tap. Has 11 “varietals” of hops & 11 different malts. Has a medium to strong piney hops with some light citrus taste. Add a medium to strong caramel & toffee malt taste and you get an excellent imperial red IPA. Hides the alcohol well at 11.01%. Yummy

Nice IPA. Very malt forward with a good deal of citrus hops throughout. Definitely a tasty double IPA and a real treat to try, especially since it hasn't been released in 7 years. 4.25/5
