The taste profile contains strong roasted rye malt with a coffeeish twist, followed by a bit of dark plum and a boozy tang. The body is light-medium to medium. The beer finishes with a tiny dollop of black coffee, strong roasted malt and some rye flour. The dark plum and the boozy touch still feature on the taste receptors. The duration of the aftertaste is long. The mouthfeel is strong, a tad boozy, roasty and medium-sharp.
