Salted caramel, chocolate, bourbon and pecans in the aroma. Taste has bourbon, chocolate, salted caramel and pecans in that order. Great balance between the flavors with all of them complimenting each other and no one flavor dominating. Medium+ body with an appropriately lower amount of carbonation. Very tasty, well made stout. Thoroughly enjoyed it and can't wait to try it again down the road to see what age does to it. High 4.25/5
