
Things were getting a bit squirrely over here; it must be the trays upon trays of macadamia nuts we hand-roasted for this beer. Some would say we’ve gone nuts.
Brewed with real macadamia nuts toasted in our own kitchen along with top quality malts and hops

Vähän vaisuksi jää.
Runko on todella kevyt.
Maussa makeaa mallasta ja pähkinää. Lakritsi menee lähinnä kitkeryyden puolelle.
Ihan juotavaa, mutta brown aleksi pettymys.

Pour was very thin but quickly foamed up. Body settled to a thin brown almost red body with a quickly fading head.
Scent is sweet and nutty with lots of malt on the nose, some caramel, some copper.
Mouthfeel is a little washed out, thin on the carbonation, more of a foamy texture.
Taste is rather thin, a little watery. It is almost entirely the red ale style malts with a nutty sweetness. Not alot going on here, very disappointing.

Une Brown Ale légère et brassée avec des noix de macadamia, maltée avec un léger goût de noisette et très peu de mousse.
À l'instar des écureuils faisant leurs provisions, attention à ne pas oublier où est-ce que l'on laisse sa pinte lorsqu'on va aux toilettes !
