One of my favorite breweries. I rate as I experience the brew. Very unusual head. Deep brown with varying colors. Beautiful. Aroma has both cinnamon and coffee. Flavor is strong, which I love. Alcohol, coffee, cinnamon rolls, all there with a punch. All flavors stay in the finish, and lasts. Expensive, $11 plus, in a beautiful printed one pint bottle, but well worth it. Deserves all of my 5 rating.
