Sympa l'étiquette... L'attaque est fortement céréalière, maltée avec de saveur de biscuit. Le mdb va plutôt sur la croûte de pain et sensation résineux. Le fdb est sur une bonne amertume sèche et astringente d'une très bonne longueure. Ils ont utilisé 5 malt différents et on les reste au palais. Ce que j'apprécie avec les bière us, ils sont franc et ils usurpent rarement l'intitulé du style.

Väriltään ruskea. Tuoksussa karamellista hedelmää. Suutuntuma hiilihappoinen hiilihappoinen. Maussa karamellinen hedelmäisyys, keskivahva katkeruus joka korostuu lopussa.
