Soll ein Kölsch sein... ...also leer im Körper und nicht bitter und malzig im Abgang. Soll glutenfrei sein... ...also der Malz Geschmack verändert. Null davon stimmt. Vollmundig mit Körper, leicht grüner Kochgeschmack, Bittere kommt klasse und schüchtern am Ende. Gut gemacht!
