La versione assaggiata contiene non il Simcoe, bensì l'oceanico Nelson Sauvin - che fa di questa spumosissima IPA una delle birre più particolari mai assaggiate. Piacevoli e spiazzanti le note di noce moscata e uva bianca, come se fosse quasi un buon vino altoatesino: ottima esperienza!
