Die Mermaid ist im Glas sehr rotstichig, dazu eine beige Blume die durchaus Stehvermögen hat. Der Geruch ist Toffee geprägt und minimal citral unterlegt. Der Antrunk ist relativ dünn. Das tut den Aromen aber keinen Abbruch. Deutlich Karamellmalz und Toffee, etwas Citrus und eine Portion harzige Pinie. Letztere übernimmt zum Ende die Hauptrolle, wobei auch eine gewisse Bittere beigesteuert wird. Die 5,7% tragen dies alles ohne in den Vordergrund zu treten.

Mélange entre arômes de caramel, pain grillé, amertume... Un poil trop "sucré" peut être...
