Barrel Aged Advent Calendar Day #25
Bottled on 10-17-2019
Bourbon and coffee in the aroma. Taste has bourbon first, followed by coffee, chocolate notes and some oak from the barrel. Still just as tasty as I remember it being.
The body is full with a lower amount of carbonation.
I do believe this is my last bottle. They did a great job on this one. High 4.5/5

Barrel Aged Advent Calendar Day #7
Bourbon and coffee in the aroma. Taste has a tasty blend of both bourbon and coffee right away. Very bold flavors. Some oak shows up in the finish.
The body is full, the mouthfeel is smooth and creamy, and the carbonation is appropriately low. I really don't remember this being this tasty, but I'm really enjoying it. Easily a 4.75/5

Chocolate, bourbon, vanilla and coffee in the aroma. Taste has bourbon, vanilla, chocolate and coffee. A nice roasty coffee. The coffee lingers into the aftertaste and becomes more and more flavorful. Medium-full body with a lower amount of carbonation. Very tasty, well made stout. Odd Side is quickly becoming a leader in bourbon barrel aged stouts in Michigan. Phenomenal. 4.5/5

Had this on October 19th at the brewery.
I like this. Nice bourbon character and a subtle, yet flavorful coffee. 4.5/5
