Pour moi ce côté acidulé et fruité sans amertume ni goût de céréales enlève le caractère premier de la bière A l'aveugle en remplaçant par une étiquette "cidre maison" on pourrait au goût s'y tromper ! Ceci n'est pas une biere.

J avais lu qu en vieillissant une gueuze se bonifiait..celle ci est en cave depuis 5 ans( pas réussi à attendre plus) Un régal !!!l l ‘acidité est maîtrisée et le petit goût de pomme et de boisé est bien présent
