Flight 3/4. Limpid, pale yellow beer with restrained, rapid carbonation unlocks a cloud-white, small-bubbled head that initially fails to reach one finger's height at all in the end. The foamy layer descends soon to a porous lace ring circling the surface. A moderate punch of wheat malt features on the nose. I can also detect subdued lemon pulp and a distant nuance of barnyard. The palate displays a fruit-juicy cocktail of lemon zest, pineapple and grapefruit accompanied by a decent heap of wheat biscuit, a whisper of whitecurrant and a faint dry-cidery touch. The body is light. The beer ends with citrus pith, decent wheat malt and a spoonful of wheat flour. The aftertaste rolls on tongue over medium to long duration. The mouthfeel is a tad crisp, faintly tart and light-dry. It's also somewhat thin, juicy as well as summery.
