Den kraftige humleduft, som dengang stod op fra kedlerne er stadig kendetegnet for vores IPA, som hilser ganen velkommen med en forfriskende bitterhed og tydelig humlearoma af citrus, blomster og nåletræ. Une couleur ambrée profond translucide. La mousse est inexistante et se dissipe très vite. Au nez c'est assez léger et on sent des arômes céréaliers et légèrement de houblons et une odeur particulière que je n'arrive pas trop à définir. En bouche c'est assez moyen, c'est très sec et l'amertume vient attaquer directement et ne laisse place a aucune autres saveurs
