Despite its potency, Bush de Noël Premium delivers a nicely-rounded character, partly through an attentive blending of roast caramel malts. The hops also appear carefully balanced and dosed, so the beer develops their subtle aroma, alongside its richly fruity taste. Altogether it makes for a bountiful, but pleasingly consistent, drinking experience.

Notes de caramel et épices. Bonne bière de Noël. Plutôt douce au palais alors qu'elle affiche 12% au compteur!

Un vrai délice qui ravira les amateurs de bière d'hiver. À la dégustation, dans le verre, la Bush de Noël dévoile une robe cuivrée recouverte d'un col de mousse blanc. Au nez comme en bouche, elle offre des parfums de caramel, de fruits secs, de sucre et de pain grillé. La sensation alcooleuse est légèrement présente dans cette bière due à sa forte teneur en alcool. La bière brune Buch, la vraie, n'est pas glacée mais en bouteille !
