Tried a sip of this on Saturday. Now it's time to try it for real. Interesting aroma. Huge amount of hop aroma in here. Very fresh hops, which makes sense, since this was very recently canned (4 days ago). Citrusy aroma with a noticeable piney-ness as well. Taste has a much more subtle profile than the aroma. The hops are citrusy and slightly grassy, instead of piney. Slightly bitter grapefruit is the star along with subtle hints of oranges. Medium body with a medium-ish amount of carbonation. Solid IPA. I'll drink my remaining 2 cans over the next month and see how much they change. I've definitely had better from Ellison. As it is right now, 3.75/5
