Seems a bit daft to describe the flavour of this cider as elderflower And Apple. Well that’s what cider is-apples. It’s like saying grape wine or egg omelette Oh well that doesn’t really matter, it’s an ok cider, could do with more apples!

Today's check-in comes from the world famous Boddam Castle! The cider is in the picture somewhere. Not much apple in evidence as the elderflower is totally dominant. Very tasty and just what was required on another perfect day in Aberdeenshire. It's lightweight enough to be easy to troff and the lower carbonation also helps. I would have liked a better balance between the apple and the elderflower. Acceptable overall.

Very average cider with an elderflower flavour. Not really that refreshing or tasty.
