Pullosta jaettuna. Pehmeän happama sitrus, makeahkon mehukas ananaksisuus ja kepeä persikkaisuus. Tammea. Kirpeä, mutta raikas.

Erittäin hapanta ja sitruksista. Kirpeää ja aavistuksen etikkaista souria. Hivenen tynnyriä mukana.

Bottle share @ Sori Taproom. Muddy, yellow beer with no carbonation offers basically no head at all. At least the time when I get to the table, the top is flat still. The scent displays light-sour lemon pulp and bitter orange peel with reasonably strong wild yeast, dry white wine, a bit of apple peel and whitecurrant. Rather Lambic-y. Interesting. The taste is quite sour, substantially Lambic-y with massive sour dry white wine and hefty wild yeast, accompanied by loads of lemon peel, a tad lemon pulp, sea-buckthorn, bitter orange peel, apple mash, whitecurrant and a bit of rhubarb. The body is fairly light. The beer finishes with truly sour lemon zest and peel, dry white wine and grapefruit juice. The aftertaste keeps the tastebuds alert for a reasonably long time. The mouthfeel is really tart and puckering, slightly earthy and strongly vinous. It's also substantially dry, Belgiany and mouth-drying, even a tad throat-burning as well as quite acidic.
