Bahama Mama - Frau Gruber - 8,1%. Une Dipa assez particulière car centrée sur un côté très floral. Si vous cherchez du fruité ce n'est pas la bière qu'il vous faut. Par contre pour les amoureux du floral c'est un délice ! Sa robe est trouble et jaune avec une mousse blanche qui réduit mais reste accrochée au verre. L'effervescence est moyenne et la texture classique à base céréales (blé et orge) comme beaucoup de bières allemandes. En bouche, elle se boit facilement avec quelques notes d'ananas et de citron très discrètes et toujours ce côté floral. L'amertume est là, en fond de tâche mais pas écrasante loin de là. L'alcool est particulièrement discret tant à l'absorption qu'après. Personnellement j'ai adoré.

First time drinking beer from Frau Gruber but what I've heard, I should probably expect something amazing. Can. Canned on 11.9.2019 Temperature: +10 C Hazy, yellow beer. Large, white head with a soapy like appearance. Slowly the foam fades away fizzling: 3,75/5 Aroma is tropical with notes of resin, melon, and grapefruit. I was expecting heavier scent: 4/5 Medium body, medium-high carbonation. Medium-low but sharp bitterness and together with the carbonation it makes the mouthfeel a bit unpleasant: 3/5 Taste is mildly citrus with grainy-wheaty maltiness and even a touch of minerally savor. Alcohol is completely hidden. Apart from pineapple flavor, no tropical fruitiness whatsoever. And I was expecting lots of those flavors in this New world double IPA: 8,5/15 I had high hopes for this one and they just came crushing down :( I want to give this brewery another change... This is just plain average with too much carbonation and that minerally flavor is definitely not my thing: 11/20 =30,25/50
