I had this on tap at The Foundry. Pours with a medium head. Dark brown, opaque. The aroma is strong and fantastic. Intense bourbon along with deep chocolate. Can even smell a little bit of the cherries that they use. Flavor is smooth, creamy, very chocolatey, can taste the bourbon but it's not overpowering. The cherry flavor comes toward the end and is most distinct on the finish. During my tasting I kept going back repeatedly to the aroma. Wow! Wish I could have had more than 4 oz. but at 11.6% and a long drive ahead I had to settle for this. Need to have a driver so that I can enjoy all I want.
