Brewed with an American inspiration and hence brewed using the American hops Cascade and Centennial which give the beer a spicy and citrusy note. The cascade hops contributes a hint of elder flower. The bitterness is balanced by quite some residual sweetness, which makes the beer full-bodied and fruity. The beer is suited for heavy and fat dishes where the hops and carbonation gives a nice balance, but it is also well suited for grilled meats and sandwiches.
