My Friday beer is dressed in a semiclear straw veil. Looks very pale anemic. Carbonation rushes through its life with the intention to kick off a snow-white head up to one finger. As one can imagine, its duration is quite short, and a tiny lace ring only remains longer on the top. The scent is astonishingly citrusy. I expected citrus, of course, as it goes with the style but not this much. And definitely not such a nice variety of citruses. I enjoy the nuances of orange, bergamot and lemon, with a lovely soft wheat, almost like a bun. I can also imagine coriander seed as it goes with the style, too, but then I hesitantly come to the conclusion that it's absent. The taste profile dances to the same beat as the fragrance: orange zest, orange peel, lemon juice, a tiny bit of tangerine but no bergamot. Wheat malt, again, is really soft. Fairly unique. Do I also pick a hint of whitepepper among the gustatory elements? Not sure but not impossible though. The body is light minus. By no means thin. A good package for a zero point zero. The end doesn't change the course. Expanded to the state of light, the deepest corners of the world, gliding through the lowlands, and swimming all the aftertastes. The mouthfeel is light, zesty, juicy, pulpy and extraordinarily refreshing. It's faintly fragrant but nicely clean and perfectly balanced. Attractive! 💛💛💛
