Impenetrable, pale yellow beer with decent, hasty carbonation unleashes a cloud-white, minuscule-bubbled head that falls short of one finger. The foamy cap dissolves over time to a lower level but decorates the top basically till the end of the drink. The fragrance releases first a hempen aroma. Soon it turns fruity, offering lemon pulp and bitter orange peel, lying on the bed of wheat and seasoned with a distant fresh-cut grassy note. The palate portrays fresh fruity nuances, such as lemon pulp, lemon peel, bitter orange peel and a tad grapefruit. Faint coriander accompanies the citrusy flesh and wheaty backbone in the immediate proximity. The light-bodied beer ends with the same citrus, wheat malt that turns in a bit stuffier direction as well as a silent suggestion of dried coriander. The aftertaste keeps the tastebuds alert over medium duration. The mouthfeel is light, soft and slightly smooth. It's also really effervescent, cautiously tart and summery. The mouthfeel is, moreover, both a bit closed and fresh. NOTE: The barcode leads to the same brewery's "Bière Artisanale CBD".
