Full and dry body. Malts with crispy carbons and already some bitters on the body. Aftertaste adds distinct cellary apples and for a lager moderately high drying bitters. Long lingering bitters turn into some grapefruit tones after a while, apples stay on the side all the time. One of the best lagers I've had, has a distinct character of its own. Definately have to get this again.
