Murky, peach-nectar-colored beer with extrovert, regular-duration carbonation unlocks a clean white, fluffy head that builds itself up to two fingers. The foamy cap dissolves soon to a thin lacing on top. The retreating foam paints the glass with multiple tiny spots. The nose experiences a sour combination of peach, mango, grapefruit, passionfruit and lemon pulp. Stuffy wheat malt accompanies visibly in the background. The yeast brings in a distant illusion of horse stable. The tongue receives medium-sour peach, nectarine, a bit of mango and lemon zest. A generous punch of yeast lingers on the taste receptors. I can additionally pick faint oat flour whereas the wheat malt is more pronounced and noticeably musty. The hoppy side is significantly subdued. The body is light to light-medium, perhaps closer to light though. The beer finishes with a tad sour nuances that include peach, passionfruit, grapefruit and lemon zest. The aftertaste gives the tastebuds two directions for a rather long time. The mouthfeel is light, a bit tart and puckering but also slightly crisp. It's also somewhat confusing, which is understandable for a hybrid beerstyle of Sour IPA. Nevertheless, confusion disappears latest by mid-can. Furthermore, the mouthfeel is fairly juicy, tropical, neatly summery, a bit musty as well as funky. I started liking the more I sipped.

Tuoksu mukavan hedelmäinen, mutta kovin mieto. Suutuntuma hapokas, runko kevyt. Maussa hyvä hedelmäisyys, ananasta, persikkaa, jopa aavistus omenaa. Jälkimaussa hyvä happamuus. Kokonaisuus maukas ja hallittu.

Pieni hapokkuus taustalla. Sitrushedelmiä ja anasta taustalla. Ihan hauska.

Hapan tuotos, mutta kaikin puolin syleiltävä tuote. Hyvä.
