Grundsolides India Pale Ale aus Amsterdam mit viererlei Hopfen und schnell gärender WLP090 Flüssighefe, die für hinreichende Fruchtigkeit und Bitterkeit sorgen. Zitrus, Grapefruit und Piniennoten ergeben zusammen ein IPA, das keine Highlights setzt, aber auch nicht abfällt. Wenn man jemanden ein IPA erklären müsste, wäre das Smuling ein gutes Probandbier.
