New York Trip 11/22: Burger essen im Black Iron Burger auf der W 38 St. Dazu gab es ein Pils der Brauerei Coney Island aus Brooklyn. Im falschen Glas serviert (von Founders) zeigt sich das Bier ziemlich fruchtig nach Steinfrucht und Orange mit schlankem Körper und mäßigem, klassisch-herbem Pilsabgang. Das ist kein German Style Pils, es fehlen mir da die typischen kernigen Pilseigenschaften.
