Ninkasi French IPA is a beer with a malted body, brewed with 100 % French ingredients. It first hits the mouth with powerful fruitiness, then delivers a delicate bitterness. This beer style is inspired by the traditional pale ales and revisited with hops grown in Alsace, France. Since the beer was sent out to the British colonies (particularly India), it was strong and brewed with a large amount of hops to improve its conservation and survive the long journeys by boat.

Bière french IPA Houblons: Mistral & Aramis (FRA) Céréales: Cara, Munich & pilsen (FRA) Levures: Ninkasi French IPA: bière avec des ingrédients 100% Français, il faut le souligner. Robe ambrée, étrange pour moi, pour une IPA. Notes : agrume, fruits blancs, épicées & herbacées. 5,4% Alcool IBU ?? Bière française (brassée par Ninkasi) 🇫🇷 Remarque personnelle: pas terrible pour une bière médaillée, comme quoi… Nez: 0 note de houblon ; couleur caramel dérangeante pour une IPA classique. Il y a de l’amertume certes, mais c’est tout.
