The five time hopped pale lager stands out due to its bitterness and aroma. The distinct taste and aroma of hops is provided by its last hopping, which is performed cold. It combines several kinds of malt giving the beverage its irresistible color. We produced this full bread-like beer with an intense but pleasant and very mild bitterness on the occasion of the celebration of the 450th anniversary since the founding of the brewery in Svijany. It is produced using traditional technology typical for Czech beer using our own hops with a dominant portion of the rediscovered Osvald clone of the Žatecký poloraný červeňák variety of malt from small Czech malthouses.

OLUT: Prémiový Ležák 450 PANIMO: Pivovar Svijany OLUTTYYPPI: Czech Pilsner MAA: Tsekki VAHVUUS (ABV): 4.6% VÄRI (EBC): Kullankeltainen (9.0) KATKEROT (EBU/IBU): 42.0 TUOKSU: Kuivahedelmäinen, leipäinen, aavistuksen hunajainen. Aromikas. VAAHTO: Kaunis. Täysin valkoinen, kahden sormen mittainen, kermahöttöinen, hienolla pitsillä. GREY’S VIEW Svijanyn 5-kertaa humaloitu Tsekki Pils. Ensipuraisu on varsin kelvollinen. Humalaa riittää kerroksittain erittäin hyvin ja tasapainoisen runsaasti. Maussa kuivayrttisyyttä, mäntyisyyttä, kuivaa aprikoosia sekä aavistus mausteisuutta. Puhtaan kuivan jalohumalainen päätös. Jälkiliu-ussa hentoisesti voimaisuutta kuorruttamaan kokonaisuutta. Runko on medium miinus, kertaantuvan kuplainen, mutta maltillisesti suussa elävä. MUUTA MAINITTAVAA: Erittäin hieno teos. Katkerotaso on reilu, mutta järkevä ja sillä on selkeästi tarkoitus ja rooli kokonaisuudessa. Painotus on persoonallisesti järkevä. Erittäin hienoa Svijanylta jälleen.
