A bloody good beer Sir! No idea what yuzu is but it adds a nice citrus effect to the beer. The rice gives it an almost cream ale effect in both colour and taste. Rice pudding without the nutmeg I would say, some sweetness, low bitterness and clean and crisp. A very good beer indeed...
