Lucid, amber beer with bubbly, loud carbonation builds a snow-white, small-bubbled head that builds itself up to two fingers. The frothy stack melts rapidly to a neat lacing on top. The retreating foam leaves a few circular marks on the glass. The olfactory provision includes pale malt, distinct orange peel, a bit of biscuit and a faint buttery nuance. On the gustatory sphere, I can detect anticipated pale malt, a small heap of crackers, a grainy twist and bitter grapefruit pith, seasoned with a relatively distinct touch of butter. So far so good. But I can also pick a disturbing twist that points at corn grits. The light-bodied beer finishes with slightly bitter malt with grassy and grainy elements, lemon peel and a timid nuance of butter. The corn grits have turned more bitter but are still identifiable. The aftertaste keeps the tastebuds confused for a relatively long time. The mouthfeel is light, a bit earthy, slightly crisp and smooth. It's, furthermore, light-dry, clearly mouth-drying and adjuncted. No need to revisit.

Kevyt vaahto joka sekin haihtui nopsaan pois. Maku pehmeä, siinä rajoilla oliko liiankin pliisu. Helppo juotava.
