At the first sip, Steep Coast Strata DIPA blasts off into a dank citrus stratosphere, through a far-out peach and stone fruit sky, then drifts via a passionfruit parachute back down to earth on sweet breezes. Strata, a sought-after varietal from Oregon State University's lauded hop breeding program, is characterized by pronounced green cannabis notes.

Steep coast strata dipa - Oskarblues - 8%. Dans la gamme Mountain Ipa, nous avons ici un produit atypique avec une dipa à la robe jaune foncée assez limpide avec bulles apparentes. Le nez est à la fois résineux floral et fruité. En bouche une rondeur surprenante avec un goût de miel et de caramel sur fond de fruits à noyaux (pêche, passion). Au final une dipa peu amère et forte en alcool assez intéressante.

I’m a little shocked that I’m the first for this one given it is Oskar Blues. Didn’t find when searching.
Well they don’t disappoint. Has a light fruity taste. Leans towards passion fruit but is light with some other fruit that us not prominent. Has a light bitterness. This is like a light NEIPA with very light west coast type of hops. Has a very light malty aspects. Truly an IPA but lightly driven from all aspects. I’m really digging tho at this moment. It could be a vacation thing.
