Mosaic is our favourite hop – all juicy papaya and tangerine – and this beer shows it off in all its glory. Originally brewed as part of a single hop IPA series, Medal of Mosaic was so delicious we put it straight in the core range.

Not sure this would appeal to an IPA fan as the ageing process has brought out the malts and also given it a distinctive ‘single malt’ whisky background that is warming and boozy

Smooth well rounded beer The initial taste is of honey And then develops into a gently bitter beer Goes down nicely
