Melko hassun tuoksuinen, viinin tuoksua suht paljon. Maku kepeä raikas ja hyvä. Prima

The beer colors lucid amber. The active carbonation releases a white, silky head that reaches one finger. The foamy cap dissolves soon to neat lace ring circling the surface. I can also detect a few tiny spots on the wall of the glass. The scent displays strong orange juice and lemon pulp, accompanied by remote white grapes. A distinct note of sparkling wine emanates also to the nose. The taste profile serves a generous punch of white wine. It probably originates from both the wine barrel aging and Nelson Sauvin hops. The nuance is hence attractively intensified. The citrusy side is hefty, offering especially lemon pulp, a tad lemon pith, bitter orange peel and a bit of squeezed grapefruit. I can also pick tiny injections of carambola, green gooseberry and raw winter apple. The body is light to light-medium. The beer finishes with colossal lemon zest, a decent amount of lemon peel, white wine and faint green gooseberry. The aftertaste toasts with the tastebuds for some time. The mouthfeel is relatively light, somewhat vinous, truly acidic, medium-tart and merely distantly puckering. It's also refreshing, zesty and zippy. NOTE: The barcode directs to Experimental #9.
