Pure malt amber ale, brewed with 100% barley malt. Bastola is a dry beer with an intense taste and a slight bitterness, furthermore it has an aftertaste of caramel and hazelnut due to the use of special malts. Its head is thick, creamy and adherent. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, top-fermented and second fermentation in the bottle.

Mit Blick auf Ravello schmeckt dieses Imperial Red noch viel besser. Ein wunderbares, unfiltriertes Rotes mit ordentlichen Malz und Karamellnoten. Ein Häuchlein Bisquit und eine subtile Bittere mischen mit und machen die Sache rund. Diese Brauerei ist mir schon des öfteren begegnet und weiß mit ihren Kreationen zu gefallen. Tolles Teil aus Gualdo Tadino, Italien.
