3.0
Flight 4/4.
Faintly lucid, very deep dark brown beer with ruby tint and a cappuccino-colored, silky head. Timid carbonation. The olfactory provision is almost nonexistent, solely an illusion of licorice is in the air. The taste receptors like the black coffee, a roasted element and distant licorice. The body is light to light-medium. The beer ends over a short to medium time. The mouthfeel is fairly light, lip-glueing, slightly tangy and a little medicinal.
Pairs with meat and redcurrant jam.
