Flight 5/6. Transparent, amber beer with a white, tiny-bubbled head. The olfactory provision includes herbal malt, a whisper of fermented banana and dried apricot. The palate offers fermented banana, faint pear, a herbal twist and medium-sweet pale malt. The body is light. The beer ends over medium to long duration. The mouthfeel is light, distantly tart and simultaneously slightly crisp as well as a bit mouth-drying.
