Over 1000 years of brewery experience together with American innovation, two years of development and the four ingredients malt, hops, water, and yeast resulted in a new dimension of the art of brewing and in an innovative, ground-breaking beer: Infinium. The sparkling beer is complex, unique in taste and produced strictly according to the German purity law. This sparkling beer is dry and strong in taste despite the more the 10 percent by volume alcohol and unsettles preconceived opinion about the limits of the German purity law. The strong, deep golden beer will enter the market in noble, corked, 0.75 liter bottles. The joint venture of Weihenstephan and Samuel Adams unites a new way of thinking about the world of the American extreme.

Sitten iäkkäämpää ja harvinaisempaa olutta vuoroon. OLUT: Infinium PANIMO: Weihenstephan x Boston Beer Company OLUTTYYPPI: Belgian Strong Ale MAA: Saksa / Yhdysvallat VAHVUUS: 10,5% VÄRI (EBC): Mahonginruskea (50.0) KATKEROT (EBU/IBU): - TUOKSU: Tummahedelmäinen, snadisti puumainen. Kompleksinen ja erittäin mielenkiintoinen. VAAHTO: Äänekäs ja klassinen. Kahden sormen mittainen, hitaasti vetäytyvä; jostain syystä viehättävä. GREY'S VIEW Ensipuraisu on yllättävän ärhäkkä ja nopea! Hiilihapot ovat ärhäkän halukkaita etenemään. Mauissa löytyy tavaraa melko paljon. Viikunaa, luumua, vehnää, ruista, piimää, kuivaa keksiä, hieman kuivattuja yrttejä. Tämä olut huutaa juustolautasta vierelleen! Runko on puolikevyt, ärhäkän nopea ja elävä. Maut ovat laakean pitkäkestoiset ja tyyli uskolliset. Miellyttävää nautittavaa. Jälkimaussa märkää saaristolaisleipää, piimää, kypsää luumua ja vienosti rypäleisyyttä. Kesto on miellyttävän pitkä. MUUTA MAINITTAVAA: Toki on tällä oluella ikää, mutta ei se tässä kohtaa yllä omissa kirjoissa perustasoa korkeammalle. Laatuteos se on ja upeassa pullossa. Kiva, mutta ei poikkeuksellinen. This was truly unique, while the flavour was great what really sets it apart is the sensation of drinking it, fine bubbles like a champagne. I would drink this over champagne every day of the week!
