Asian-inspired Ale with Yuzu and Ginger. Mikkeller NYC's take on a Kentucky Common. We used Ale yeast with a Lager-style recipe and finished off by adding a whole lotta yuzu and ginger. ⠀ Brewed & canned by Mikkeller NYC in collab w/ Gorilla Brewing.
