Grundlage für das Rosé ist das Wit aus selbiger Braustätte. Hinzugefügt wurde purer Himbeersaft. Und das Ergebnis kann sich durchaus schmecken lassen. Nicht übermäßig süß, authentisch fruchtig und einfach köstlich. Das Wit ist deutlich wahrnehmbar, die Fruchtkomponente passt perfekt. Ein echter Sommerschmecker. Auch am Ende des Winters.
