Strawberry and Rhubarb Sour
4.2% Sour / Wild Ale
A kettle sour made using Malany Dairy natural yoghurt as the souring culture. Local rhubarb and strawberries are added during secondary fermentation which create a light pink colour and a huge strawberry nose. Strong berry flavours develop into sour rhubarb before a dry finish leaves you wanting more.
