Clear, amber beer with rich, sustained carbonation builds a frothy, pure white head that rises up to one finger. The foamy pillow shrinks soon to a neat lacing on top and messes the glass with thick, downpouring patterns. The fragrance is relatively fruity with sour strawberry, a bit of pineapple and subdued rhubarb. The taste portrays restrained, medium-sour strawberry and pineapple, accompanied by a recognizeable amounts of lemon zest and green gooseberry. The light-bodied beer finishes with somewhat sour strawberry, pineapple and lemon pulp. I can also detect a tad lemon peel. The aftertaste lingers on tongue for some time. The mouthfeel is light, light-tart and merely slightly puckering. It's also relatively dry as well as a bit mouth-drying. The mouthfeel is, further, rather gardeny and summery.

Sellaista mansikkaa. Mansikka maistuu mutta sourimainen vääntö puuttuu täysin. Jotain mansikan sekaista spiced olutta ehkä mutta happamuutta ei ole. Runsaasti risoo että tässä oli odotukset jopa ainekset kovempaan mutta totuus eri. Kiukuttaa vähän.
