Hellgelbes, klares Pils mit fantastischer, sehr stabiler, feinporiger, weisser, cremiger Schaumkrone / in der Nase Noten von Stroh und Heu sowie würzige Noten / im Gaumen leichter bis mittlerer Körper, spritzig / im Geschmack malzig, würzig-herb, trocken, vollmundig / präsente, jedoch angenehme Bitterkeit im leicht trockenen Abgang.
