Good beer with a slight bitter after taste.

Haa, on our way down from the CN Tower in the landscape elevator, I spotted Steam Whistle Brewing Company almost next door. Of course we went there.  🍺 The Pale Ale is a translucent, copper beer with a small-bubbled, cream-colored head that elevates up to one finger. The scent displays light-hopped malt only. The gustatory experience serves a tad subdued citrusy hops, decently grainy malt, a bit of grapefruit peel and a gentle piney note. The body is light to light-medium. The beer finishes rather long with light-piney hops, strong malt and a citrusy backbone. The mouthfeel is light-crisp, clean and not very challenging.
