Brewed with East Anglian Pale Ale malt, Cara and light Crystal malt. Hops are added at many stages throughout the boil, whirlpool and fermentation process, and these include Centennial, Galaxy, Columbus, Cascade, Chinook, Simcoe and Magnum. Bengali Tiger is full bodied, with some caramel notes and packed full of a fruity, citrus, grapefruit bitterness and aroma.
