The IPL brings together the superb drinkability and clean flavour of a great lager, and the modern hoppiness of an IPA. We use a generous amount of Hallertau Blanc, Mandarina Bavaria and Citra hops with a long and slow fermentation and our customary cold maturation. This makes for a strong and very aromatic lager with notes of tropical fruit, tangerine and gooseberry and a satisfyingly bitter finish.
