Olut on väriltään mahonginruskea ja vaahtoa kertyi sormellisen verran kun oluen kaatoi lasiin. Tuoksu kypsän hedelmäinen, hennon mokkainen ja tummansuklainen sekä karamellimaltainen. Maku on karamellinen, kypsän hedelmäinen, kevyen mokkainen. Ihan kiva Sopii porsas, nauta, grilliruan tai mieteojen juustojen kera nautittuna.
