Bonne bière, sur une senteur très épicée. Le goût apporte une bonne amertume, avec un retour sur de l’herbacé pour finir sur une note légère de gingembre.

Arômes caramel et boisé, elle fleure bon la barrique ☺️ En bouche, corps rond, un peu gras, qui laisse les saveurs de caramel se développer tout du long. Le petit pep's poivré du gingembre vient ensuite mais ça reste léger, un peu trop à mon goût. Fin de bouche plus boisée et agrume. Assez déconcertant de marier gingembre et bière brune mais l'ensemble est agréable.

Le gingembre c'est le mal
