'As mighty as the mountain that towers above the Korean peninsula, Baekdusan India Pale Ale begins with a burst of tropical and citrus fruit hops, which lead the way to malty flavors accented by unmistakable happiness and bitterness. A strong personality and extraordinary bitterness make this IPA worthy of its name.'

A beautiful hazy copper colour. Aroma wasn't as prominent as I would have liked but I really enjoyed the balance of the hops and malt. The bitterness was smooth and lingered as one would expect from an IPA. A nice mouth feel. Full, yet dry that was refreshing and left one coming back for more. A very enjoyable IPA.
